    • Microsoft SQL Management tools recommended
    • It will need a SQL user, not able to use a domain user
REQUIRED USER RIGHTS:
  • Create services, start/stop services.
  • Rights to start services/programs as administrator
  • Prefer VPN access if possible or TeamViewer (TeamViewer is not recommended).

Notes

  • Port 80 needs to be open, and communication between the local RSP-Server and definition server goes thru HTTP / HTTPS (port 8080, will be replaced with 443). 
  • Require access to the definition server at the address: definition.rsproduction.se or IP address: 40.115.54.241. It is possible to install the RS Production server locally if there are restrictions against connection to the internet.
COMMUNICATION FROM CLIENT SERVICES
If there are no specific customizations then the clients only communicate with the RS Production infrastructure:
  • RS Production Service for data storage and synchronization with other clients
  • insight.rsproduction.se for diagnostics and logging for proactive support (this can be disabled if the installation is set to Isolated mode).
