RS Production have the capability to automatically set both reason code and station code to explain why and where a stoppage happened on a production line.

Measure on the bottle neck in the flow
Many times, it is enough to measure OEE and losses on the bottle neck in the line. Things can be a little bit more complex when the bottle neck is moving depending on the product mix.
