Create user in RS Production

Only super users can create other users. To create the first super user, please Contact Support

Instructions

The user name and password is case-sensitive.

1. Open RS Production

2. Go to System administration on the left hand side

3. Click on Users

   

    

4. Click on Create

   

    

5. A pop up window will appear. Add the information for the user (12 character minimum for the password). Display name, user name and password is the minimum requirement to fill in.
   

   

    

6. Click Save and Close
   

   

    

7. Choose the right user group under “User Groups”

   

    

8. Click on Save

   

    

9. Congratulations! You added an user ??
