Install TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a remote control service used by RS Production’s support team to login to the Operator tools Windows PCs at a later point for observation and support purposes.

Instructions

1. Download teamviewer

2. When you have installations with Windows 10 and connect to that machine with teamviewer, you need to untick the settings marked at the picture below. If the settings are ticked, the customers client automaticlly logges out from Windows.
