Addon Monitor ERP G5 Standard 2-way integration
This is an addon to RS Production OEE
Make your order reporting more secure and get more reliable post-calculations (profitable/unprofitable products)
With the help of time and quantity calculation in RS Production OEE, the operators have less and easier manual reporting to do.
The Monitor ERP G5 integration connects your machines with Monitor ERP, for automatic feedback of, among other things, worked time, number and downtime.

Monitor integrated production plan
As always, the left side of Operator tools' production plan shows the planned orders. With the Monitor ERP-integration the orders are picked up automatically from Monitor.

Start
Click the play button on the left side of the production order to start it. Started order(s) will move over to the right side of the page and becomes the ongoing production order.
At the same time, a call to the Monitor ERP will set the order status to “Started”,
Follow the ongoing order
The ongoing production order(s) are shown on the right side of Operator tools' production plan page.
There are a few actions one can do on an ongoing production run.
Function | Description |

Pause | Temporarily pauses the production order and moves it back to the left side. Order status in Monitor ERP is updated automatically. The report page is automatically opened (see below). Paused orders are shown in blue on the left side. |
Stop | When the order is completed the order will be stopped and can not be started again. Order status in Monitor ERP is updated automatically. The report page is automatically opened (see below). |
Partial report | The report page is automatically opened (see below). |
Register scrap | Opens Operator tools' standard scrap page. The scrap registered will not be sent to Monitor until the next report. |

The superuser has the right to connect RS Production OEE measure points to Monitor ERP planning groups.

RS Production Edge Service needs to be set up on the server where Monitor ERP is installed to establish the connection between RS Production cloud installation and the locally installed Monitor system.
